After looking back on previous chapters and the pokedex, Tornadus is twice as horny as Thundurus in more than just the number of horns on their heads.
Kcalb is ruthless towards perverts. Granted, those are the only type of pokemon that Black has summoned Kcalb from, but my point stands. The poor perverts never stood a chance.
