And let’s look at the Pokemon manga. The Shadow Triad have the mask of the three monkeys. And one of the members -cough Pod- is shown to be rather muscular and it clearly shows.
Yeah! There are so many hints in all canons that until we get all three members of the Triad in the anime onscreen at the same time as Cilan, I’m taking this theory as goddamn canon :P
And let’s not get started with Cilan’s personality in the anime. I’m almost certain that Burgundy wasn’t lying about him humiliating her. I mean, look at the recent episode. He did the SAME THING TO TRIP as he did to Burgundy but it was more subtle. But I knew there was something up when he was all like “IT’S TASTING TIME.” And then tells Trip that he’s not going to win like he already knew the outcome.
Because he’s not commanding total Black attention.

Have you gotten the best ending with that game yet? The best ending is technically Haru/Gin’s ending but that route is SO DAMN HARD! I can’t beat that incest boss that lays eggs on you. HE LAYS EGGS DAMMIT!

Naoya and Amane’s routes were harder. They both make you fight ALL the Bels AGAIN. And Beldr’s still only weak to the devil’s fuge. Thankfully, Amane’s was actually somewhat easier because I had overpowered demons from beating the game about 3 times prior.
I’ve only got Kaido’s and Atsuro’s routes left, then I train for Lucifer.
@zalee: It’s very interesting. Also very fun. If you have a DS I recommend you get it.

They ALSO fixed some of the bugs/errors the original had (like Battle Aura’s description) and added an 8th day epilogue.
But I’m still more interested in DS2 because it’s probably going to come out on the NDS and not the 3DS.

You know nothing of true difficulty. I found Naoya’s route, one of the hardest routes combat wise, rather average my first time through, and my MC was a Rage Soul physical powerhouse. And in case you didn’t notice, Physical attackers are severely hindered late in the game. You’re having combat difficulty on a decidedly easier route.
Naoya’s and Amane’s routes have you doing a part with demons that respawn endlessly(there’s a delay between spawns during which they almost always die) until you beat Babel’s first form, way at the back of the map, after which it opens into its final stage and you would usually just run up to it from where you were previously and pound it.
In Naoya and Amane’s routes, after Babel opens you are moved back, not healed, and are forced to fight Beldr and Belial at the same time, followed by Jezebel when they’re dead, then Belzaboul (the thing you’re having trouble with[I recommend giving each party someone with amrita or prayer to get rid of the effects of spawn]) once she dies, THEN BELBERITH, a Bel with infinite range, attack all, some form of offensive/random hit almighty attack, and is the Bel you have to beat to get, once belzaboul dies, AND THEN YOU GET THE FINAL-FINAL BOSS OF BABEL’S FINAL FORM AFTER ALL OF THAT, and it is immune to quite a few elements( but thankfully only resists Phys).
Basically it’s a boss rush of all the game’s previous Bels, plus Babel and some random demons.
AND THEN THERE’S THE SECRET BOSS LUCIFER, WHO REQUIRES YOU TO BE LVL90+ AND HAVE HIGH MAGIC JUST TO STAND A CHANCE AGAINST HIM.
Sporadic updates just sound like nice surprises throughout my week. XD EVERYTHING? AHHHH. DD:

Nah, Bel’s can hold her own. She’s the only rival I’ve had trouble with since Gen II. She only THINKS she’s weak.
Agree about Juniper though. XD Heck, she’s already exploiting Black enough by making him fill out a PokeDex for her without even giving him a starter. (And even in the games it’s manipulative as heck how she gives you the Pokemon as a “git” and then MAKES you help her. I want to see her in a positive light. But gosh. Manipulating children that way. Professors are evil. XD)
I would like to point out that Black isn’t doing a good job filling out his pokedex, considering his has to catch pokemon to fill it. So, he’s not really being manipulated.

@Murp: Dude, she’s got a friggin STOUTLAND on her team by the end. Those things don’t go down easy, even with fighting-types thanks to Intimidate.
But he still said he thought Juniper would be mad at him when she found out he wasn’t trying. So… it still counts as exploitation.
Except all that Black really got from Juniper was some pokeballs and the pokedex.
And I’m pretty sure the pokeballs are mandatory for anyone going out into the pokeworld

He needs them in case a pokemon decides to join him on his quest.

Why are pokeballs so cheap when they have internet access? It makes no sense!
They sell the PokeBalls cheap so then people buy a lot of them. Then they make money by charging a lot to install the Internet.
Black didn’t know that pokeballs until Joy told him, meaning Joy had access to the internet without it being paid for.
