Hint 1: Think about what vomiting is at it’s core.
Hint 2: It’s very unique looking, and its appearance stands out.
Hint 3: I can’t say much because If I did it would be obvious. I’m worried that I’ve already said too much, actually.
Sounds like a Magnezone to me. Uh. Except I don’t think they vomit but they do give off discharges if frightened, I think?

I’m pretty sure it’s Galvantula because most of the electric Pokemon are mammals and don’t spit out electricity since they just take the electricity in and the non-animal Pokemon like Magmemite and Voltorb don’t have mouths to spit anything out.

“Vomiting” is essentially expelling what you’ve eaten from your body in something somewhat resembling it’s original form(chemically, at least), and isn’t pooping. Since Magnezone eats electricity, “discharging” electricity when frightened becomes “vomiting” electricity when frightened.

This thing is fucking AWESOME I mean it has fangs and claws and shit, you do not want to mess with this motherfucker cuz he'll just say some sort of epic one-liner and then proceed to kick your ASS because that is how he rolls. Even if you are a Servine and have already cut him like a bitch, his one-liners will kick your SELF-ESTEEM'S ass, and those wounds are the deepest of all. Often accompanied by awesome music, screaming, and a shot of the Nimbasa skyline. WHO'S THAT POKEMON?!

Bisharp possesses neither fangs nor witty catchphrases; in fact, Bisharp strikes me as more of a strong, silent type. Or at least, more of a steel-type.

And the fangs are only absent because its mouth isn’t visible. I assume it has fangs because it’s got pointed and bladed things pretty much everywhere else.

Come now, my boy! Every puzzle has an answer, and the key to any difficult word puzzle is to examine each clue properly.
For instance, the word “fussy”. What manner of behavior would be described as “fussy”? A “fussy” individual tends to be one who obsesses over details, possessing exacting standards, and likely expecting others to uphold them. From what we know of the dispositions of the 649 pokemon already discovered, what species are there fitting such a description?
“Little” more likely than not refers to its size. While that descriptor applies to many species, it may indicate that the answer to this riddle is something not yet evolved.
“…difficult to obtain in Unova…” The word choice seems important here. Clearly, if it is difficult to obtain in the Unova region, then it /can/ be obtained there without the use of Pokeshifting, trading, or the Dream World, but only with some difficulty. However, there are methods to obtain a Pokemon of a certain species other than capturing it in the wild, so there’s that to consider….and I’m most curious about “in Unova”. Would that perhaps indicate that this species is less difficult to obtain elsewhere? It is, of course, always possible that I’m overthinking things. A true gentleman does his best to avoid jumping to conclusions.
Camouflage in the natural world allows a living thing to blend into its surroundings so that it may not be seen. This is not necessarily the type of camouflage employed by species such as Sawsbuck or Kecleon, however; it simply means looking enough like whatever’s around it to be mistaken for a part of the background.
Finally, a resemblance to White. Clearly, White does not appear anything like a Pokemon, barring a Ditto, Zorua, or Zoroark in disguise. But perhaps there is some aspect of her person recognizable elsewhere? With as vague a clue as this one, it may be best to save it for last, as more of a confirmation whether or not your findings from the other clues are correct.

I mean, with things like Salamence, Basculin, Aggron, and other highly aggressive/teritorial pokemon running around, getting hit by some missed attacks/their rampage would be a REALLY big concern. Especially since Salamence can fly and probably destroy a town single-handedly.
