I hate to not be able to update especially when shit is finally going down, but it’s finals week and Fanime is this weekend, so that’s what I’ve been focusing on;; I’ll be staying up at northern California for like two weeks, but I do intend to work on the comic while I’m up there. After that, updates will finally be back on a regular schedule, and maybe even more than once a week if I can manage it!
So yeah, I’ll be at Fanime and I’m sharing a table with Alex (Skullgirls)! Our table number is 309. Right now, the only new stuff I have done are Dangan Ronpa keychains;; I’ll take suggestions on new stuff you guys want me to make! Though they probably won’t be ready til later cons.

i do apologize if my squeeing offended you in any way. i was merely attempting to showcase my enjoyment of this work, in what i had assumed to be a fun display of pseudo-begging. i wished to do this as an encouragement to not drop this webcomic altogether, as many artists do, in favor of doing other unrelated things. i enjoy this comic. the cute artwork, the engaging storyline, and the comments written by other viewers that share my view on this work, are enjoyable and have given me a good many lulz. a fair share of the comments i enjoyed were your own, Thundhurrus. that being said, your previous comment crossed a line of decorum. it was rude, disrespectful, uncalled for, and unnecessary. thus i can only conclude that you are a douche.
Firstly, there is a fine line between showing your enjoyment of something and being a whiny little bitch that thinks they’re entitled to quick updates because they can’t fucking wait patiently like a good reader.
Secondly, who the fuck cares what some bitchy little bitch-shit like you thinks? Oh no, you think I’m a douche because I was mean to you.

Sorry to butt in but…Travis probably meant no malice in what he said earlier. It was meant more as a compliment. I guess it could have come off rude. He probably didn’t know that it was “unacceptable”. Yeah, he probably should of because it’s really just common courtesy but that doesn’t change the fact that he didn’t know. He didn’t mean to insult, the end.

No, Sceptile, you did good! I don’t think Thundhurrus is very sensitive to people, so he needs something of a translator–from nasty to nice–for those who frequent this comic but aren’t used to his antisocial behavior. I tried to act as a translator, but I guess I’m not good enough because I’m pretty harsh myself;;
either way Travis, you’re not really at fault! My point was that the artist is busy, and if your comments consist largely of “please update, I need to read more,” no matter how polite you wrote your request, it will probably stress the author out when she reads it. Please be a little more patient and careful in your comments in the future, if only to prevent Thundhurrus from screaming at you again.
I will suggest it less violently than Thundhurrus: please wait patiently for future updates.
The artist is busy in real life, as she mentioned in this update and has periodically posted about on her tumblr. She is attending anime conventions and is still a college student. She does not have time to update this comic as often as she used to, partially because she has become busier but also because her art has improved and it takes longer for her to draw pages.
If you are a fan of this comic, then you will wait for her to return without whining about how long it has been since she updated. In case you did not notice, this comic has been running for a few years, longer than almost every other online comic I am reading, so you should be thankful the artist has not dropped her series, unlike many other online artists.
My advice? Bide your time on XY General. Granted, you’ll probably become quite nauseated, but hey, at least it passes the time.

Thanks to my friend, I was able to read this comic and power through it for almost an entire week… And it really made me can’t wait to finally have my N cosplay done for SanJapan next month (August 16-18) as well as give me evil ideas for cosplays of him cross dressing (since I am a female cosplayer). ^_^ But this hiatus of yours has been going on for two months (since it’s July 15th at this time) and I really, really, REALLY want to see what happens next and who gets to be the heroes to the other two dragons!!! >w<

This comic has helped me on my lowest days. It’s made me smile, and fall out of my chair laughing. It’s made me see the characters in a whole new light. You make the world a colorful place. It’s not just you either, but all the lovely dears within the comments, waiting for the next update, having little flame wars and even sharing OTP’s. So this might not mean much, but thank you.
