I’m amused at the fact that you haven’t mentioned the fact that there’s probably an issue with sitting on fire.
But I think that Rapidash is probably rideable because it’s a fucking pokemon. I mean, when we have things like Shedinja and Magcargo, whose mere existence are varying levels of questionable, Rapidash is easily rideable. If you can get past the whole “sitting on fire” thing, anyways. Just make yourself streamlined and prepare for a really fast ride.
They might as well ride on my little ponies if it’s all a matter of questionable existence rather than size. Let me give you a better example. Because something really weird like lungfish exist therefor dogs should be rideable even though they are too small just because something completely unrelated exists but is weird, is that your reasoning?

IN CASE YOU HAVEN’T NOTICED, YOU CAN RIDE UP A WATERFALL ON THE POKEMON EQUIVALENT OF A LITTLE 2” 4′ TURTLE. YOU CAN EVEN RIDE ACROSS OCEANS AND RIVERS ON ITS BACK. ALSO, PEOPLE CAN APPARENTLY BREATHE UNDERWATER. RAPIDASH IS BELIEVABLE BY COMPARISON. PONYTA IS DEBATABLY PLAUSIBLE.
But I’m sure with proper breeding (going by biological logic) one could make a Rapidash large enough for even a Machamp to ride.

It’s pretty risky of them to ride a motorcyle with no pants, though. The thing can get really hot and burn your leg(s). I still have a scar from when I did that when I was little. Missingo. bike probably doesn’t run hot though, so they’re safe.
