I would suggest that “Your body feels comfortable,” was a sexual line, but giving the context and who is saying it makes it somehow less…. dirty.
Now he really only has Joy as his one and only pokemon – I don’t think they let you battle with pokemon that are intrinsic to your flesh.

BECAUSE BEARD is a perfectly sound argument. It even makes sense, considering how Iris turned into a Cloyster from MISSINGNO.-spit allergy, that’s totally a suitable parallel to being kidnapped by mafia and traumatized for life.
