Am I crazy if I say that reading Marshal’s dialog reminded me of Barret Wallace?
I’ve never been sure if the E4 were jerks or just derps. Here it sounds Marshall is derp and the others are uncaring jerks.

Come to think of it, it was cool and stuff to have the gym leaders helping out in BW… but why was the E4 missing? They were like one elevator and a staircase away, yet they remained in their rooms doing nothing.
You just beat the crap out of their teams. What could they have actually done to help?
The same thing that Alder did after N wrecked him right before he made the castle rise up: help arrest Ghetsis.
Maybe then the Triad would’ve had a harder time to knock out Cheren and Alder and teleport Ghetsis out.
They could easily have been subduing loyalists when Alder showed up.
Or running damage/crowd control.
Also HOW MANY COCKTAILS DRINKS IS THAT THAT IS WAY MORE THAN NECESSARY FOR FOUR-PERSONS-AMONG-WHICH-ONE-THAT-SEEMS-MORE-BUSY-SLEEPING-THAN-DRINKING
Well, it looks like Marshall acts exactly like his Pokespe incarnation.
