I feel like the awkward silence is because Cheren supported black and wanted black and white to get together (not knowing they are twins) and she was just like not caring at all
Great job at conveying the awkward mood…
This seems to remind me of anytime I’m with anyone, just walking to somewhere. So much awkwardness between the two.

I feel like they’re randomly gonna kiss at one point.
Randomly break out into some weird sloppy makeout session while rolling down a mountain/hill slope thing.
They stare into each others eyes, reminiscing of childhood romance lost in the chaos of becoming the responsible adult trainers they are today.
