There is every reason to be afraid of Bel.
White has uberly overleveled mons that destroy subways with Surf. She’s a lovely and badass girl but scary.
I’ll concede your point that Bel is even scarier though, obviously.
She also (probably) has a thing for Dirk. Dirk should not be afeared of White.
Everyone has every reason to be afeared of Bel, though.
