Actually, technically Reshiram would be the male, and Zekrom the female. White Yin is the Masculine part of the Yin-Yang, whereas Black Yang is the Feminine part.
They both lack a gender, like most legendaries.

Reshiram has a dicktuft and Zekrom’s chest things are closer to a gorilla’s chest.
