Texas does exist in PokEarth. Lt. Surge is called “The Lightning American” so that implies that they have knowledge of America, and that America exists. And if it exists, that means Texas, as well as the other states, do exist.
And because in the first games it talks about Mew being found in “South America”, implying that the entire globe as we know it exists in Pokeland.
